Welcome to Friends of Parish School

Who are we?

We're you! Every parent and carer at the school automatically becomes a member of FOPS when their child joins the school, so if you're new to the school, welcome on board!

The work of FOPS is overseen by a committee, which is appointed at the AGM each September/October. We're a very friendly group of parents and carers who dedicate time to helping to organise a fun programme of events for the children to enjoy, while creating a sense of community and raising much-needed funds for the school.

As well as organising a packed programme of fundraising events, we're always looking for new ways to bring more parents and carers together, and to make school life just a little bit easier and more enjoyable for everyone - for example, through some free events and second-hand uniform sales.

How can you get involved?

There are lots of ways to get involved in FOPS - from helping out for an hour at a coffee morning or school fair, to using your creative, practical or professional skills and contacts to provide support behind the scenes. Getting involved is a fantastic way to meet new friends and join a thriving school community - and every bit of help you give really does make a difference.

Visit the FOPS PTA Events site to find out more.
